How to Train People on G-CIM
An orderly, facilitator-ready tutorial. Each module has an objective, talking points, a live demo, and a check-for-understanding. Run the group front-to-back (~2h 30m) or pick the modules that fit your audience.
8 modules~2h 30mHands-on
1 · Diagnose
Take the Learning DNA assessment to reveal how each learner processes best.
2 · Navigate
Get a personalized weekly plan and a path mapped to the learner's profile.
3 · Accelerate
Use targeted accelerators and spaced repetition to learn faster and retain more.
Facilitation Tips
Run it live, not as a lecture
Every module has a demo the trainees do themselves. Resist the urge to click through for them.
Anchor to each learner's DNA
Ask trainees their dominant type before each demo so the example is personal, not abstract.
Use the check-for-understanding
Don't skip the question at the end of each module — it's where adoption is won or lost.
Sequence matters
Diagnose before Navigate before Accelerate. Don't jump to accelerators until the group has results.
Celebrate the first completion
The first task a trainee checks off is the moment G-CIM clicks. Make space for it.
Modules
Learning Objective
Learners can explain the Diagnose → Navigate → Accelerate model in their own words.
Talking Points
- G-CIM stands for Generative Cognitive Intelligence Model — a learning system built around how each brain actually works, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
- The three stages: Diagnose (find your Learning DNA), Navigate (get a personalized path), Accelerate (use targeted tools to learn faster and retain more).
- Why it matters: students using DNA-matched methods consistently report higher retention and engagement because the work fits their natural processing style.
Live Demo
Open the About G-CIM page and walk through the three-stage carousel. Have trainees name the stage they think they personally are in.
Open AboutGCIM Check for Understanding
Ask: "In one sentence, what does G-CIM do differently from a normal study app?" Accept any answer naming personalization + cognitive fit.
